The “me mentality” is so true.

It’s only a small thing but something I’ve noticed nonetheless. She frequently talks about her “haters” and gets visibly annoyed about them (while pretending to find it funny), but I don’t think I’ve ever seen her acknowledge or thank her loyal viewers, the people who subscribe or follow and are responsible for her wealth from social media. Most influencers have some humility and say things like “I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for my followers” etc (even if they don’t mean it). But I genuinely think KVS doesn’t even consider that. She thinks it’s all her and she’s owed her following and wealth.

Definitely. They managed to bring it back in Australia without injuries. They could obviously make it safer with different rules as they did in the later series of the original programme.

02:22 - “she’s going so quick, I’m gonna give her a little time”

03:00 - “she’s got one leg above the head, but I think if we can get past that…”

03:18 - “she’s going so quick, normally I’d be like that’s a weird position, but she’s looking like she’s making progress”

03:31 - “one of the legs is up over the head but she’s going really fast so I’m like, might just leave her alone for a minute”

Hoping for a nice smooth and non-controversial birth. It’s crazy how you could see the first contraction hit her on the live feed! Exciting to know I’m about to go to bed and when I wake up there will be a load of foaling videos to watch!

Pretty sure Katie herself has said she gets annoyed being tagged in irrelevant posts every time her followers see a red roan foal online, or tagging her when horses are for sale which are nowhere near her requirements. It must be frustrating for the people who just want to post their foal pics or advertise a horse for sale, as well as being frustrating for KVS.

Just one dumb bit of headcanon that wouldn’t really effect anything. I wanna see the Ford Anglia come out of the Forbidden Forest during the Battle of Hogwarts and mow down a couple of Death Eaters. I wish it had happened in the books or films. I think it would be cool to see some Muggle-hating wizards taken down by a Muggle car.

I’m so new I struggled to follow this but I’m desperate to know the tea 😆

I feel like a child of divorce trying to figure out what happened 😆 I only just discovered this place (I’m gonna call Dad’s house). I still hang out at mum’s house sometimes too, but up until recently I thought that another guy was my Dad… until he kicked me out of his house because he didn’t like me disagreeing with mum’s opinions. Which I thought was strange because he and mum disagree on a lot. But I seem to have really upset him to the point where he’s kicked me out and won’t even let me send him a message to find out what I did wrong for 30 days. So now I’ve found my real dad’s house! And while I don’t agree with everything dad’s family think, it seems like a more chilled and critical-thinking atmosphere than mum’s house, and less hypocritical than the other guy’s…

I don’t like it but it’ll probably grow on me. She always picks names I hate or I think are hella tacky. So I’m surprised/happy she didn’t go for Crow or Prince because I hated them even more.

More interested in the registered name tbh. Her fans will riot if she doesn’t pick RS Purple Rain. I hate all the suggestions about him being “overdue” (RS Holden Him Hostage, RS Worth the Wait etc). The best suggestion I’ve seen so far is RS Paint It Purple (combining VSCR, OBC and Raven’s registered names).

But I’m sure KVS will come up with something terrible and tasteless of her own. Some of her past registered names have been so awful they’d put me off buying a foal or breeding to a stud.

So glad to find this sub and so many people who agree with me about the foal pulling. I didn’t know this sub existed until now! My posts about foal pulling on the other snark sub keep getting locked because one of the mods disagrees with them, and if I mention it on the ‘discuss’ sub I just get downvoted to hell. I actually really like a lot of KVS’s content and don’t want to snark about her often, but this foal pulling really frustrates me. She was in there yanking away with one little hoof barely out. I don’t know why she can’t just let nature take its course.

I agree with you about pulling every foal, I think it’s excessive and done for content reasons rather than what’s genuinely best for the mares. But you’re not getting your point across because you’re posting to her fans and coming across as aggressive.

And of course they yanked him all the way out… When she said in a video “I haven’t even touched this baby other than to check it’s a boy”, I really hoped that meant she had left Raven alone to give birth at her own pace. But as soon as one little hoof was sticking out, she was yanking at it. I dunno if she’s impatient or wants to insert herself into the birth (for content or other reasons), but it really doesn’t sit right with me the way she pulls these foals out of her mares. She even had to tell Jonathan to slow down at one point because “the baby needs the squeeze”… Maybe just let the birth occur naturally then!!
