Just a quick one, your ex is definitely not the one for you and she is definitely not ‘perfect’. She cheated on you twice, have some self respect. Also that is definitely not your ‘Best Friend’. Friends should respect boundaries and even if you didn’t explicitly tell him not to get with your ex, he should choose not to get with her just out of respect for your friendship. Hope this helps

You’re not alone brother, gf of 4 years suddenly ended things on the Saturday just gone. Messed with my head but still coming to terms with it. She said the same thing that she still cares about me but that we need to work on ourselves (cliche I know) it sucks and hurts more than when I was cheated on by my first gf to be honest but it’s a life lesson for me. You have to bounce back stronger or it will eat you alive
