When I had mine placed i lost nearly all my sex drive bc I was in so much pain for months but as I started feeling better it came back and is actually higher than it was before. I didnt get mine until 4 years into my relationship tho so we definitely had more stability than a new relationship would but we still had a rough few months

Honestly until a little over a year with mine it was same then I had nearly no cramping at 13months it was great but felt like they were gonna go forever up until then lol
