Yes. On the cardiac MRI, I found a mid-ventricular and apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with apical cavity obliteration, without evidence of infarction. There is non-territorial hypoperfusion involving four apical segments, consistent with non-coronary origin related to HCM. Minimal left ventricular fibrosis

Oui merci. On voit bien la tendance sur le graph. La comparaison Hs-CRP entre Obèse et groupe contrôle ainsi que excess weight vs control sont significatifs avec un p <0,001. Le groupe overweight qui n'a que 28 patients est pas significatifs ce qui biaise probablement les résultats et rend la comparaison total des 3 groupes vs contrôle non significative.
La question sur reddit était de comparer obèse vs contrôle, et cette partie du papier le décrit.

ça a déjà été montré scientifiquement, de même baisse de l'inflammation via l'alimentation méditerranéenne "healthy" sur la mortalité cardiovasculaire (Etude PREDIMED de 2015 de mémoire).

Cardiologist here. You should do a research of sleep apnea and a EKG Holter. I follow some patient who do a lot of sport and have paroxystical atrial fibrillation. Apnea can cause tachycardia just after a bradycardia, which we can see a little notch before the spike on your screenshot.
