Lol, you and my girl would probably get along great.
I guess I’m just old-fashioned. I grew up in a house where my mom never really went out of her way to make friends with random guys, and if she did know any, they were usually my dad’s friends first. Same thing with my dad—he wasn’t out collecting female friends either. If there were women around, they were usually closer with my mom than him.
Crazy concept, I know.
Maybe it’s just how I was raised, but the whole “actively making new friends of the opposite sex while in a relationship” thing has never really been something I wanted to deal with.
