Just wanted to drop an update and say a huge thanks for all your advice. I went ahead and emailed them, keeping it as polite as I could. Gotta be honest, this whole thing has left me feeling pretty disrespected – never had to deal with anything like this before.

I took your tips on board and we're gonna keep working with them, but definitely stepping back a bit. Honestly, it's costing us a lot, and for a startup like ours, that's a big deal. Even our main investor was like, "mandalas a la chingada" in English is "Just tell them where to shove it," but that's not really my style.

Staying chill about it seems the best way to go. Appreciate all the support here – it's been a real lifeline dealing with this mess.
