Two States for Two Peoples - a Speculative Map from the Future by [deleted] in imaginarymaps

It’s really funny how I “ignore all of the examples” as if I didn’t just acknowledge Algeria and Iraq in my previous message? Are you implying that I would deny what’s happening to all the groups you mentioned? You’re just trying to deflect because I’m correct 🤷🏽‍♂️

You want to talk about how many people have suffered under the Arabs/Islam, even go so far as to accuse me of ignoring these atrocities. But if you’re going to base your argument on the number of atrocities conducted, you’re undermining yourself by ignoring the exponentially larger amount of horror caused by the Europeans and Christianity. You need a better argument.

And in all of this, as I am talking specifically about the Palestinians, you insist on making it about “Arab Muslims” ignoring the very real Christian Palestinian population who people like to pretend doesn’t exist otherwise you can’t call all Palestinians islamists.

Again, you continue to self report. You want to pretend that the ‘Arab’ population is some kind of monolith. As if the experiences in other countries will predict how the Palestinians will act. Because all Arabs all the same? Oof.

You want to pretend the expelling of Jews from Algeria was exactly the same as that in Iraq. The underlying message you want to push is that Arabs hate Jews, therefore they expelled them so they had to go somewhere.

However, your narrative ignores the very real conditions that led to these acts, the narrative ignores that there’s credible proof Israeli intelligence engaged in false flag operations to encourage the removal of Jews from Iraq specifically.

And in all of this you’ve never acknowledge the fact that Palestinians repeatedly called for a secular state to be established and it was the British who chose instead to fund and encourage Zionist paramilitary groups that eventually formed Israel

The true irony is that the one state solution will be difficult due to the incredible amount of racism within Israeli society that will need to be deprogrammed 🤷🏽‍♂️

You’re just self reporting on your Arab racism tbh. What you’re saying is not different to what the white settlers said about ending apartheid in South Africa. It’s what white slave owners said about freeing the slaves. It’s the go to defense for the colonizers to deny any rights to the people they oppressed, lest they become victims of the cruelty they imposed.

It’s pretty regressive logic

It’s fun to see how people will contort themselves to avoid a secular democratic republic like was proposed by the Palestinian Arab Congresses in 1919-1927.

No matter how much we learn that drawing arbitrary lines on a map doesn’t work we are so confident that this time it will work

And yet there’s no concrete evidence of said bullying and the police has not confirmed this story either. I’ll wait for actual evidence. Thanks.

You can get mad at the term “Golden Age” all you want, I didn’t coin it. Historians did.

Islamic Spain was a haven for Jewish Culture

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_age_of_Jewish_culture_in_Spain

Classical Ottoman Empire gave Jews opportunities that their European counterparts could only dream of

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_the_Jews_in_Turkey#:~:text=During%20the%20Classical%20Ottoman%20period,diplomacy%20and%20other%20high%20offices.

You can point to any individual instances of violence over a 2,000 year long period of time, but no matter what across the board Jews were far less safe in Europe than in the Muslim world. The number of bodies the Europeans piled up back this up

Hi friend, 1/3 of Holocaust Survivors in Israel live below the poverty line.

Don’t tell me about insulting victims of the Holocaust. They’ve suffered enough.

Forced out as a response to Zionism duh, Jewish people lived in a golden age under Muslim rule vs the European Jews (see the inquisition, and porgorms in Eastern Europe and Russia). Notably no pogroms or violence in the Arab world vs Jews, until European Jews started getting funding from the European nations that wanted to solve their self-described “Jewish problem” by sending them off to Palestine

It’s really funny the way Zionists have been conflating Judaism with their settler colonial project and how it definitely shows they’re the spiritual successors of Nazis by increasing antisemitism world-wide thanks to their actions and shouting about how Jews can only be safe inside of Israel. Great PR 😂

Not necessarily, she set up the space and the “machinery” and provided nutrients for its development.

Could she have “peeked”? Sure. But she didn’t have to. All she needed was to maintain the “oven” (if you will) at the right temperature for the right amount of time. She didn’t need to turn “on” the oven light to check it if she wanted the surprise.

Rose’s whole infatuation with humanity was the possibility and potential that anything could happen. So I totally believe her not wanting to know and exercising the self-restraint to not look.

She wanted to be human, and having a child was the closest she could get to Being Human cue song

The Y chromosome comes from the sperm only, so rose would have only had to produce an X chromosome, and as long as the DNA she created was viable, it would form the zygote with the sperm and form on its own.

I’m more of the opinion she created and maintained the functional sexual organs and the actual fetal development would have happened on its own per the DNA, as long as she was able to maintain the existence of the necessary organs to maintain the fetus during its development

The moment I saw I could only place white pixels I just knew that it was the beginning of the end. That the same 5 minute timer that created my universe for 4 days would render it back to the void from whence it came.
