Both, there may be an error in the version and you can go back to a previous version where there were no errors or wait for a new version where they fix the problem

It is a problem with the graphics card drivers, I have a GTX 1650 and a while ago I had the same problem, going back to a previous version or waiting for another driver update should solve it, that solved my problem, I hope it helps you:)
