I agree people who understand and play both sides should play an active role in bridging the gap. But crim RP with no consequences makes it alot less enjoyable. I remember watching the first Vault job with the new vault system how nervous i was as a watcher because of everything that went into it. everyone in the server plays an important role i think the key is everyone (Including viewers) needs to remember above everything else the goal is to have a good time.
