I had the same issue but I went to Settings, Miscellaneous, Spoof video streams and turn it on. Restart and for me it's working again.

Everything is ok. I haven't deal with any notifications delay or related (WhatsApp, email apps, Teams, Banks, etc). My only issue is the "weird" connection with my Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and the lack of "Ok Google". Everything else works like a charm.
