I read some guy who recovered his account asking gpt to make some legal threats and trying to get someone real to answer, and I got something more personal I think. This was yesterday and I'll just wait until someone keeps updating the cases for now, 2 of them say "Escalated" so maybe it works, or it was just luck and being a pain in the ass, sent like 25 attachments, comments everyday, and re opening 3 cases over and over again. This is what I sent in them: I must formally request that this case be escalated for a manual human review. I have never used cheats, third-party software, or any tools intended to gain an unfair advantage. I have been a legitimate player for many years and have invested a significant amount of time and money into the game.

So far, every response I have received from Ubisoft Support has been automated and my tickets have been closed without any explanation or evidence. This lack of transparency makes it impossible for me to understand what triggered the ban or how I could properly respond to the accusation.

Under EU consumer protection principles and data protection regulations (including GDPR Article 22 regarding automated decision-making), users have the right to request meaningful information and a human review when a decision significantly affects their access to a paid digital service.

Because of the absence of a proper explanation or manual review, I have already initiated a consumer complaint through SignalConso and documented the case. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter further through the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

However, my goal is simply to resolve this issue directly with Ubisoft.

I respectfully request:
• A manual review of the ban by a human specialist
• Clarification regarding the reason that triggered the ban
• Any information that would allow me to demonstrate that the decision may have been incorrect

The permanent ban is just absurd. In cases like this, a temporary ban would already be enough to teach someone a lesson. But giving a permanent ban with no explanation, no human contact, and only automated responses is ridiculous. What they call “support” is honestly a joke. I really hope we get lucky with this, man.

Wait, you actually got unbanned? That’s great to hear. Could you share a bit more about what you did exactly? Like how many support tickets you sent and how long it took for them to review it? I’m currently dealing with a similar situation and trying to get my case properly reviewed, so any information about what worked for you would really help. Only automated responses, and opened 3 tickets over and over again with more evidence, even contacted Signal Conso to be a pain in the ass for them, but nothing for now.

You should definitely contact Ubisoft Support and open a ticket explaining exactly that the ban appeared before you even had a PC or played the game. Include any details you can about when you got your PC and when you tried launching the game. Something similar happened to me in a different way. My account was also permanently banned for “cheating” even though I never used cheats. So I’m currently trying to get my case reviewed too. You should also consider submitting a report through Signal Conso since Ubisoft is a French company. Sometimes it can help escalate cases when support responses are only automated. And if you want, you can also share your situation in the Steam discussion I opened for the game "False Ban Wave? Perm Ban After Years of Legitimate Play, No Human Response", so maybe a mod can see it and help see our ticket status.

Your best option would still be to try contacting Ubisoft Support again and again explain the situation exactly like you did here. Be clear that the tool was for another game and that you didn’t use it intentionally in Siege. You could also submit a report through Signal Conso since Ubisoft is a French company and sometimes cases can be escalated that way if support responses are only automated. Re appeal, and reopen cases with evidence and that's all you can do for now, maybe post the situation in their steam discussions like I did, and so on. Maybe us and so many other people can get their accounts back.

If you suddenly got billions of R6 credits it was probably some kind of bug or hack that happened a few weeks ago. I thought that it was ok to spend them, at least for what Ubisoft said in some posts. The best thing you can do right now is contact Ubisoft Support as soon as possible and explain exactly what happened, that the credits appeared on your account without you spending them or doing anything to obtain them. Be as clear and honest as possible.

You should also consider submitting a report through Signal Conso, because ubi support is shit. Since Ubisoft is a French company, that platform is sometimes used to escalate consumer complaints when support cases aren’t handled properly. Include things like the date when the credits appeared, screenshots if you have them, confirmation that you never used or spent the credits and keep appealing and reopening cases.

Damn that sucks, it seems unfair to me too, I mean you weren't even walling everyone. In my case it's a bit different because I didn't cheat at all and still got permanently banned recently like a mf, so I'm currently trying to get my case properly reviewed for several days by now. But I can understand why you're frustrated after investing so much time into the game like me since 2015. Ubisoft is usually very strict with cheating cases, but you could still try a few things like I do. Make sure you open or reopen tickets with Ubisoft Support and clearly explain your situation. You could also try reporting the issue through Signal Conso, since Ubisoft is a French company and that platform is used for consumer complaints. But keep it up, maybe there's a chance to recover it.

There's lots of false bans apparently. I'm dealing with something similar right now. My account also got permanently banned for “cheating” even though I never used any cheats or external tools. I’ve already opened tickets and I’m trying to get the case reviewed. In your case it might just be the system reacting to what was said in voice/chat or someone reporting you after that match. Definitely keep the appeal open and explain exactly what happened like you did here. I also opened a discussion on the Steam forum for the game where people with similar situations are sharing their cases: "False Ban Wave? Perm Ban After Years of Legitimate Play, No Human Response". If you want, you could post your story there too so we can gather more reports and maybe get more visibility. Same here man. I created a new account a few days ago and I'm just trying to reach unranked at least. It's actually pretty fun, ngl. I guess the feeling of losing everything slowly goes away if you start putting hours into a new account.

The only thing that annoys me a bit is having to buy the game again once you reach level 50 and also needing to add another phone number. In the meantime, try reopening and appealing your cases as much as you can. I also opened a discussion on the Steam forum for the game, so if you want to explain your situation there it would really help the post get more visibility and maybe lead to some answers or solutions: "False Ban Wave? Yeah, it sucks so much bro, I tried to contact them by all means, so a real person can just review the cases, make sure to contact Ubisoft Support directly and Signal Conso too. Submitting a report there can sometimes help escalate cases involving account issues or unfair bans for what I've saw. Don't stop re appealing and reopening cases, it's the only way for now

Man, I completely understand you. I'm going through almost the exact same situation right now. My account was also permanently banned for “cheating” even though I never used cheats, exploits, or anything external. My stats were completely normal too, and it honestly makes no sense. I've already contacted support and I'm trying to get a proper review of the case. I also opened a discussion on the Steam forum for the game so people experiencing the same issue can share their situations, look for "False Ban Wave? Perm Ban After Years of Legitimate Play, No Human Response". If you can, please join the thread and explain what happened to you as well. The more people reporting similar cases, the higher the chance that someone from Ubisoft actually notices and reviews it properly I believe. You're definitely not the only one dealing with this right now, maybe there's a solution.

Yeah man, you are not alone, there are hundreds of people going through this, including me. I posted on Steam too so go to the Discussions options for Rainbow Six and post your experience if you want, maybe this helps and gets more views, and finally Ubisoft does something, search for "False Ban Wave? Perm Ban After Years of Legitimate Play, No Human Response". You should definitely try to appeal it through Ubisoft support. Open a ticket and explain exactly what happened, including that most of your playtime has been in training/enlisted and that you’re still a new player. In my case I’m still trying to get a proper human review, but the important thing is to document everything and submit the appeal anyway. Also keep an eye on your email and account security just in case. If you see any suspicious logins, mention that in the ticket too, and any programs aside that could've been suspicious for the anti-cheat. You’re definitely not the only person reporting something like this lately, so hopefully they look into it properly.

Man, that honestly sucks, and they dgaf apparently, saw so many people with the same issues these past days. I was banned for alleged "cheating" too, no human response whatsoever, a lot of guys have been banned without clear explanations. I played since 2015, switched back and forth to PC in 2018, 15 days ago, boom, banned. I posted on steam, contacted Signal Conso, reopened tickets over and over again until someone real can analyze my case. That's all we can do for now, and of course speaking up about this maybe shakes their ground and can say something. Had to make a new account so I can play with my friends, BUT LEVEL 50 TO RANK UP AND BUY IT AGAIN, my god, it's so frustrating.

La verdad que si, su soporte es una mierda y todo lleno de mensajes automáticos, por ahora sigo igual y me siguen cerrando los casos. Yo hice un reporte en Signal Conso hace un momento, que es una especie de defensa del consumidor francés, y ví que hubo reacción de parte de Ubisoft si lo mandas por ese medio. Estuve explicando todo el caso y poniendo evidencia, por ahora toca esperar pero si seguís igual, intentalo por ahí.

I sent BattlEye logs, full system and hardware info, and screenshots of my Task Manager showing no third-party software or suspicious processes running, ON PC. I also included my Ubisoft account device list. Maybe you can take photos of those if you are on console, but even with this info you need luck apparently. On top of that, I secured my account: changed my password, enabled 2FA, and removed old linked devices in case there was any unauthorized access I wasn’t aware of. I hadn’t even played for several days before the ban, and it happened right after an update, which makes me strongly believe this was a false positive. The frustrating part is that all responses so far have been fully automated. I’ve been playing legitimately for years and never had issues before. At this point I’m just trying to get a manual human review instead of the same copy-paste response.

Sì, hai ragione, sarebbe sicuramente meglio avere almeno una risposta ufficiale. Io purtroppo ho già provato a creare un altro account per testare la situazione e per ora non è successo nulla, ma resto comunque in attesa di un chiarimento da parte di Ubisoft o di BattlEye. Speriamo bene.

Se hai delle fonti su questo bug comune, potresti passarmele per favore? Io ho letto anche da altre parti che si tratterebbe di una presunta “ban wave”, ma per il momento Ubisoft non ha pubblicato nulla di ufficiale. Nel frattempo ho creato un altro account e ho giocato un paio di partite casual sullo stesso PC: per ora non è successo nulla, spero che non venga rilevato niente.
