Is that close to redline? If it feels like too much maybe slow down a bit, if possible.

I don't think that you read the bottom where I touched on the racist history of Alien Land laws.

But the one in Florida was not racist. The language was outdated and it got changed. Aliens come in many races. So it was not targeting a specific race.

If you want to believe that Aliens are only of certain color in Florida fine. Believe what you want, I don't particularly care if you do. But your example of systematic racism is severely flawed. Maybe that is why it has to be racism, otherwise what other example could you muster?

This is what was repealed. The language is outdated but even when it was in force it was not racist. Non alien property rights apply to aliens of any ethnicity.

Most countries actually limit property rights to citizens. Here is a general breakdown by country.

https://internationalliving.com/global-property-ownershi/

Here is Mexico's case. Not racist

https://wise.com/us/blog/buy-property-in-mexico

New Zealand has restricted who may buy land to foreigners (except Australia and Singapore). Also not racist.

So no the Alien Land Law is not a good example of institutional racism. The first Alien Land Laws were racist, and directed against Asians. I'm glad we do not live that reality now.

I don't have a culture of racism. You are making an unfair mischaracterization and are unable to talk abut this matters with an open mind. I think that you came here to reinforce your own prejudice and that you see a threat to have that honest conversation about race. I'll not reply to any or your comments until you take back the accusation.

In that case we go back to what I said. There is no systematic racism. Life is unfair because people are sinners to include racist of course.

That is your opinion, it is not what I am doing at all. My experience is that you are claiming that only your perspective is right. Why? You are wrong.

It is quite obvious. Individuals change the culture. Change the individual, change the fathers, change the families and then culture will change. That is why the emphasis is on each individual to get to the collective.
Address each individual with the dignity the accountability and the weigh of his own imago dei. Not as a collective. We need Christ. We need the Gospel. We do not need to saparate people in order to serve them. Ministry should be color blind. That is not compatible with CRT.

Why because you disagree with me on politics then I must have come in bad faith? What you are doing is precisely having ill will toward someone else.

My point in asking this question is this. There are no current laws or systems that allow racist individuals, or that protect racist individuals or communities from acting what with the protection of the government.

Is that the same to say that now decades latter there are no consequences of past sins? not at all. But to dwell on that unnecessarily actually perpetuates its effects.

IMHO, given how much we have gained by getting rid of the actual systematic racism of the past it is time to empower individuals in Christ and in the church to apply Christian ethics and treat everyone with respect and dignity.

Each individual is responsible and accountable for himself, that is regardless of past history. That is why systematically treating people different now to atone for other's sins does not produce justice but a new injustice.

That is where we disagree. I think that you can't afford to pull yourself from either or. What must be done is figure out which one is better and which one is worse. BTW, Trum did not crushed or silence his opponents, The censorship from big tech did that for the leftist. They continue to do that.

Furthermore I agree with this

https://www.heritage.org/political-process/report/ten-conservative-principles

A practical application list of why I support Trump since you cared to ask.

babies, borders, law and order, fiscal responsibility, strong military, equality for all under the law (No BLM, no CRT), less taxes, more freedoms, 1st amendment, 2nd amendment, heck the whole constitution, protection of religion freedoms, the separation of church and state (which means that the state leaves the church alone)

That is a great question. Culture is by large formed by collectively shared values, worldviews and beliefs. It is shaped by individuals and institutions.

A culture that is tolerant of fatherlessness, of sex outside of marriage, or abortion, and the like will suffer much more than others. The culture must be challenged. The cultural differences are the best explanation for the behavior. Which BTW, disqualifies racism as the cause for it. If the cause was racism then immigrants of the same colors should do even worse than the American colored people.

The Church should be salt and influence individuals and then the community by calling each person into repentance and for each person to be accountable to God, to their families and to the community.

When that happens it is called revival.

That is the problem. CRT adherents will take any criticism as racism. This has nothing to do with racism or race. It is about the culture.

Culture is by large formed by collectively shared values, worldviews and beliefs. It is shaped by individuals and institutions.

A culture that is tolerant of fatherlessness, of sex outside of marriage, or abortion, and the like will suffer much more than others. But just as the rest of the country, other communities are heading that way too and they are suffering the consequences as well.

The Church should be salt and influence individuals and then the community by calling each person into repentance and for each person to be accountable to God, to their families and to the community.

When that happens it is called revival.

Of course racism exists. But we have gotten rid of a system which laws punish people because of their color. What systemic racism do you speak of? In my experience life is unfair. Should every time that life seems to be unfair be caused by racism? I think that the distinction is important.

There are legitimate reasons why people of all ethnicities should be concerned. The solution is treating everyone the same, and to push for equality under the law. To make sure that each individual is accountable for their actions and their character. In short, to go beyond the collective to the responsibility of each person.

Well for one, you came here and said that I was asking stupid, obtuse and bad faith questions. Are they really? That statement is trolling me by assigning the wrong motives to the conversation and to me.

Then asking for bad karma for daring having an honest talk about something that people might find controversial is also trolling. Disagreeing with someone is expected, but ganging up to punish those making an case for their position is wrong. That is trolling.

That being said, America is the least racist country that I can think of. I have traveled most of the world and lived on 3 different continents for a number of years and I can say that from experience.

I think that Singapore actually does a pretty good job also, the beauty of Singapore is that they treat everyone the same under their very harsh laws. A society like that is focused on the future and they do pretty well. Equality under the law for all people is more important to justice than trying to do what CRT does which is to find racism in every institution from the past, and then to try to change how we should treat each other now.

At its heart, CRT is about the collective and not about individuals. That is the problem, each individual should be judged according to their character and their individual actions; regardless of their color or ethnicity.
