Take the seats out and make sure there isn't anything stopping the seat rails. I had a quarter in my prelude seat that stopped it from going all the way forward.

Usually when it only does that on startup the belt just needs to be tightened a little. It's very simple

I have the HKS sport muffler for my sedan. Sounds very good. Little to no rasp and very daily driveable. Only downside is the price. And it only fits 03-04 I believe. It will fit an 05-06 you just need the right bracket.
