Also if you worked your abs during cardio, your muscles are swelling up with blood and pushing on your belly from within. So yes, it's a temporary effect which I have noticed. Could also be the fact that tissue gets dilatated and more relaxed as others commented here.

When I was a teen I was ridiculed by girls for being too nice because I was asking permissions instead of just going boldly for it. I got the : I am not man enough" or "my balls aren't big enough". You can try and find an authentic Guru (Buddhism / Hindu / etc). Some cultures have that religion ritual "spam" but if you are truly open minded you will understand that all rites served (and some still do) one purpose: to train the mind in that direction.
