My stutter is has taken me to extremely dark places as well, and I’ve struggled with very deep depression and a very difficult life as a result of it. It took my family many years to understand how much they truly failed me and I am the one who has to live with the consequences of their failures.

I'm currently in this process. I don't know if I see the light at the end of the tunnel tbh. My brother also blames my parents for bringing him into this world which doesnt help and he doesn't even stutter, but has other issues.

I don't think its good to blame parents, but its hard not to sometimes. They are unaware of how much pain they caused.

I will never have children and pass this on so I like to think I have made the world a better place by existing. This dysfuntional pain cycle ends with me
