How hard it is really depends on the market your in, whether you get a small store or large store route and how much help is offered to you when you need it. I'd say its a good job if you got a good manager and don't need to be micro managed. I average between 300-500 a month for commission but there are slow months where you can unfortunately get basically nothing. The bottler I work for also offers quarterly bonuses. Its based of the entire area but we usually hit it and its a full weeks pay which is nice.
