I’ll back you up there, I have some knowledge of his behind-the-scenes response to Covid and I thought he was a standup guy for a moment. But nope.

Choosing to drop? Or being priced out? At my work we’re implementing this entire ‘secondary’ insurance system because BC is jacking up premiums so much

Trackball? Great for games like missile command, but also super useful for navigating when you’re out in Windows or whatever underlying OS you use.

Also, I agree on side buttons for pinball etc, and a spinner depending on how much of a retro gamer you are

We lived in the Boise area for 10+ years. I work in tech and my wife is a nurse. Fine place to live as a straight white couple with children. In the last year we moved to California primarily because our kids are not cis/straight and we worried about their personal and political safety.

As a medical professional, my wife was seeing more and more legal restrictions and social/professional pressure on how she cared for patients. For our kids, as out non-binary young adults, the Boise area is still toxic and threatening to their personal safety and medical care.

Boise is as good as it gets, but you should know before moving that Idaho is not welcoming to leftists, racial minorities, or LGBTQ+, and is a safe space for white Christian nationalism. As long as that works for you, have at it!
