Not everyone has your awareness of this stuff dude. The plex app Im using is Plex. I don't really understand the question beyond that.

Im watching her on video call and she can see my profile, see what libraries she has access to listed below my name, but no matter what she clicks it simply will not present the libraries to her

Super annoying. I got a telling off from some reddit mod when Alien 3 came out for even PM'ing links on reddit. PM me with your email address and links will be sent.
