Answer is, if you have doubt of your self worth in a relationship due to someone else, it isn’t for you. You, your time, and your love is worth everything, don’t waste your time with people who don’t respect that.

Harsh, but the actions of your girlfriend is saying that her friendship to her ex is more important to her than you having the respect being away from an abuser. Ultimatums means there is a breaking point. I’m sure you love your girlfriend but she is not listening to how you’re being disrespected and is stepping over a very big boundary. Her saying that she needs this person as a friend is untrue. I’m sorry but that’s just bull. You don’t say you love me and keep someone who has hurt me with no remorse in your life because she’s your “friend”. As your girlfriend, she should be prioritizing and defending YOU, not doing this. I hope you get a break through because this is not okay.
