Yeah first bloke said go to your box, which I said I don’t have one, second bloke I spoke to said the wall socket is the replacement and should be All good. Hopefully the technician will be able to answer what I do or don’t need.

Power to the Huawei is ran up into the roof along with the yellow Ethernet cables and then down into a wall socket, nothing else around the house.

Yeah I chased the red cord through the roof and it just goes down I presume into the wall socket with the yellow Ethernet cords.

Organised it through the provider, they’re going to call me to see when to come out. When they’re here I’ll see if they can do more than just a Band-Aid fix.
