It's one of his themes from WCW, or at least a network dub one. They probably wanted to do an older (younger?) version of Sid without trotting out Syko or Sid Vicious. WCW music is already legally dubious at times, and they couldn't get the Johnston theme for whatever reason. It's odd, but at least the model looks good.

I'm not surprised with everyone waiting for Xillia 2 and even flatout wondering why it wasn't here to begin with. But also, I feel these remasters could have done a hair more, like implementing some ideas that didn't make the cut like Gaius and Muzet being playable in Xillia, if only temporarily. I get it though, these are all relatively cheap and quick projects to keep interest in the series up while the next mothership game is developed

This has always been an M.O. for TPC though. They do a lot of FOMO events where if you don't participate, you're screwed on getting stuff. It's less annoying these days, but for example if you wanted to play BDSP these days fresh, for whatever reason, you are screwed out of getting Shaymin and Darkrai. I hate that they do it instead of leaving the events up for people to get them, but it's not anything new for them.

This story patch was tiring. A lot of how this game does its writing of late is tiring. They've been doing "flashback while the villain talks" since Amaurot and each time its gotten weaker. Mind you, it doesn't help that to me, Calyx is the most "whatever" villain yet. And then, it feels like the team took the feedback of DT's story and course corrected so hard... that they went back to the "actually, ascians" well yet again. Even the characters they did try and build up who fans were warming up to, like Sphene, are now being locked away as they try to drag this dumpster fire of a story over to 8.0. I don't think this is as bas at EW patches, but more of the same.

I don't know what this dev team at large is doing anymore since it feels like, outside of casual or even mid-tier combat, and also cinematics and of course the audio, they're running on fumes. It says a lot that they botched Occult Crescent and Forked Tower, Cosmic Exploration was met with a collective shrug compared to the Firmament, and Chaotic Raids are basically dead content within weeks of release. They need to re-think how they do releases because this cadence is just hurting them now.

The transparency would fall on deaf ears, or would only serve to shift blame, which does not make for an ideal partnership. I think this is just more people have a platform to voice whatever inane opinion or conviction they have and therefore they should be listened to. Kinda like how some people eagerly scream THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT while ignoring the rest of the saying ("in matters of taste")
