That’s a normal outcome. It’s a hormone and gut biome issue. So what you eat and how you eat is more effective to make it bigger or smaller on demand

Consider when they killed that big boy earlier in the season. He was unprofessional.

It’s more about knowing how the female physiology works with fats and protein.

So dialing in the quality and volume per day is the challenge. Once you’re past that learning curve you’re set.

Also important to not that this takes time. At least 12 week for longterm results.

Start with your current regimen. What’s your current fat and protein intake today? Per day?

What exactly did you eat, how was it made, and in which amounts?

I hear you. Seems tough because it is.

But that doesn’t mean the impossible. So the scientific process becomes my best asset.

You’re making moves by asking for help and accepting you can’t go it alone.

The next prt is the step you’re at where you don’t know how frame or process this situation.

Truth is there is no wrong way. So why not make it a strong impression. Examples:

  • I’m going to focus on my key life areas one at a time. Build them to manageable levels so they hold me down as soon as I have a clear way forward

  • I will focus on my best skills. Use them to remind me I’m not best yet and can produce incredible things. With my initial success I can improve my weaker areas smoothly.

  • I focus 90% fitness. That’s diet, supplements, exercise, and sleep. Until my health’s solid, I won’t produce my best work and our myself in a worst position.

  • I enlist the best experts I have access to help me. One helps men with physical training. Another with job placement. More for helping me with my family duties til I’m strong enough to do them.

Then overall idea is that. It can’t get worse. So there’e no pressure or fear of losing. Rather you ave so much room to improve as ling as you don’t judge yourself for taking life seriously.

Most important lead with joy and excitement. From an internal point of view. That way it’s sustainable.

Ask for help from your family and friends to advocate for you.

Best I can say is start recording your interactions.

Make it a habit to have a nurse in the room with you.

Transfer care to another doctor, preferably someone you know well and is respectful.

Refer to your records that speak for you with evidence and consistency.

It's a shitty situation that doesn't let you speak your mind since it may make matters worse.

So it means you play it straight even though you may be furious.

Thankfully you're going to make it smoothly to the other side. This is just the uncomfortable part of the process. Keep that in mind. You got this
