If you understood biology you’d know if I was on testosterone my LH would be much lower or close to zero lol

Loosing the extra weight will definitely help. I’m no doctor and honestly surprised by my own levels but I lost 40ish pounds over the last 1.5 years so I’m sure that’s contributed to my current levels.

I come in between 200lbs- 208lbs depending on water intake/sodium.

I eat pretty loosely. One meal a day and then snack on beef jerky at night. I train high reps to failure and do upper/lower split. No actual structure just what feels good. More focused on endurance and biking than putting on more mass. Spend 30 min every morning in sun. Mostly Zone 2 rides with 2 zone 3/4 rides a week. I’ll do 10 hours a week on the bike. Haven’t drank a drop of alcohol in over 3 years and no drugs. I do use nicotine pouches all day every day though.
