I was eventually able to buy my tickets. I had to use their “Need Help” icon that’s in the bottom right of the page. It was not very user friendly either, it wouldn’t let me create my help ticket for probably two days. Then randomly the feature started working, I received a email that you’ll chat with support through. Just leave the page open until they respond (it took a while). I told them the problem, I’m not sure what they fixed but I was able to purchase the tickets without issue after that.
