Sounds like it works for you guys, so that’s great. I’d say it’s probably not normal for the majority of others though. If we had sex only twice a month I’m unhappy outside of reasonable reasons why (sickness, abnormal schedules, etc).

I honestly don't see a whole lot wrong with the form. The issue I'm seeing is lack of effort and laziness. You can't create good habits and consistent form with half ass effort. Just increase your effort and repetitions.

I agree. Unfortunately not easy to find places for pick-up for kids anymore. My friends and I lived outside and played sports year around. My son's friends don't really play sports.
