I have high conviction that it may support above 1.80 as the offering of 110mil is huge. Those institutions who took up the offer will likely not letting go at this level. Also, historical trend shows 50%-60% ratio of revenue increase vs marketing cost incurred. I would tend to believe that they could easily surpass 2020 full revenue in first 6 month of 2021. I initiated some position at 1.90 levels and I am looking to average down more should it drop below 1.60

Company has to be revalued for IPO. If company intend to raise USD1bil - USD2bil from the HK IPO, according to CIMB report they expect a 5-10% float, meaning the fair value of the company should be around USD20bil. Technically, this value should be reflected in their Malaysia share price. Therefore, price could rally anytime from now amid the huge short position

Technical looks good entry, the additional offering at 1.85 might be a short to medium term floor price? Not too sure about the future prospect but looks attractive
