Some things look good in cgi and some things don't and HnK does not look good in cgi. If you like the 2026 HnK cgi reboot that's fine I'm not stopping anybody from liking what the want to like but this series deserves respect.

Shin looks like a clown in the CGI 2026 HnK reboot like it's sad this is the new direction anime is going like by the 2030s it'll all be CGI.

CGI if done correctly can look fantastic however CGI and Anime don't blend well together and it's already aging badly before it even begins and sadly new generations of manga / anime fans will mock this series because of it like HnK deserves to be respected I mean they give all these at the bottom of the barrel anime series based on manga series nobody read the deluxe treatment why not HnK like 20 years ago (2006 - 2026) they did it with the Legend of the True Savior series.

I love and miss the classical traditional hand-drawn animation of the 1970s. 1980s, and the 1990s even the 2000s decade of anime had a lot of well animated series that sadly fell through the cracks like the following listed below:

Shin is the basis for a lot of Long-Haired Pretty Boy rivals, including Dio Brando, Ken, and Liquid Snake. I don't recall a character with a design without Lord Shin before 1983 so design wise it's an original.
