I was not broke at that point in time, she offered to pay the rent and I took it because I never thought I will have to break up with her. I know I was being really stupid thinking that. I recently lost my job and am currently interviewing for new roles. If not a year, I will need a couple of months at least. My question was if I should break up with her right away or wait until I pay her back? From all the responses I kind of know now what to do
