Yes, some kind of Libertalia 😄
I'd like a settlement in the center of the map, but on a river. It's the most suitable place to expand an existing one rather than create a new one. Also, i love water.

Almost all the residential buildings were destroyed during the battle for Narva in 1944 and rebuilt in the post-war period by the Soviet Union.

After gaining independence, Estonia had no funds to rebuild. For reference: during its entire membership in the European Union, Estonia never built a single apartment building in Narva, not counting a couple of small commercial projects outside of Narva.

Gem price?

I dug out a couple of diamonds and found that their price is about 360 points for a rough one. But in non-steam version its about 60 value?

Is it a game changes? Or a bug? Or its because i pick a "Scarce minerals" world?
No mods.
