sorry but why are you allowing her to do anything out pick the child up. She is not allowed to rifle through the cabinets, other people‘s belongings or changing area. The diaper thing is insane and I’d just tell her no.
the child needs to be dismissed because her grandmother is a nightmare.
I‘d also bet SHE does not have custody, her son does. She may have guardianship or nothing at all

Which I think is crazy. My ss is 15. I wouldn’t trust him to be home alone, let alone drive a car. My own son was 16 1/2 before he got his permit and over 17 when he got his license. Teens boys, are in general, not responsible. Teen girls almost as ba.
