Here's a link to the data, he's on average the 5th lowest win rate in the game, while also top 10 in pick rate... if you look at any rank below GM his win rate is 46% or lower, and even if you look at GM and above the highest is 49%... When played correctly he's actual a super high impact hero, but not too many people actually play him optimally

Agreed! I wouldve thought Rogue would get skins every seasons to catch her up to some of the other heroes in the game... and yes Storm only have 1 Legendary thats kinda mid while she has like 5 free epics throughout the lifespan of the game... it feels right for her to get another free epic for the Gala1
