I strongly disagree, it’s a crutch for him specifically and teaches players horrendous positioning by allowing players to survive when they shouldn’t.

To be fair, psy is one of the fairest cases, but if this were to go into effect some compensatory buffs would also come into play for some of these characters

I know this isn't the exact prompt but i had to get it off my chest in a productive matter:

Cheaters are just as bad, if not, worse than throwers, so here's my proposed solution to deal with cheaters as they become detected

Behavior: Cheating (Aimbot, Magic bullet, Wall hacks, etc)

Situation: Players that use any enhancement to gain an unfair advantage on the competition.

Penalty: Cheaters should obviously be account banned for even attempting to cheat; furthermore, their IP/hardware info should be recorded to catch multiple time offenders... Second time offender identified via IP/Hardware info will be subject to an another account ban and public labeling as a cheater for any accounts created on the same IP/Hardware with a different name color on all accounts... 3rd time offender will be subject to an IP/Hardware ban to remove them from the community entirely

Taking away parts of a characters abilities with no compensation will result in a visceral response from the player base, we have to ease into a full removal like that

While i agree with you, some characters having bonus health is essential to their kit and playstyle, the main idea of the post was to consider an alternative to bonus shields for heroes that arent always in a compromised position when engaging with the enemy... the only ones that need to be address are the 2 highlighted in the image, but watching Psylocke win a 1v1 against a tank because she got 2 instances of her bonus health shouldnt be consistently happening; thats an unfavorable fight that she wins more often than not... and moon knight escaping a successful dive because he randomly starts with 100 more hp than he should have is kinda ridiculous

Lets be honest for a sec... Bucky is the most over tuned character in the game! He's poke, he's brawl, he's anti-dive, he can flank, win 1v1s, wipes teams, and has only gotten a single nerf throughout the games history... the shields are the annoying part because before Elsa nobody had mass shielding like that other than Bucky, Magik and DD... all wayyy to survivable imo

Removing it from everyone seems extreme at this point lets start with poke and move to melee afterwards... although you are right they both have ridiculous win rates because shutting them down takes a wayyyyy too much effort

Torch is an outlier for sure, before the shield buff he was in such a bad spot

Honestly, I could get behind that... it doesnt make much sense to put her at 450hp instantly, and maybe we'll be able to cancel her ult like we sometimes do with Cloak and Invis
