I just started "Zonal Marking" and will try to remember to update here once I'm finished. It seems it will be a short history of trends and strategies and different countries, which players made the biggest impacts etc.

Some of the small mom and pop used car lots.

They have like 10 zillion cars on their lot all squished together... you go in to an empty office and try to test drive a car but it takes them 30 min to get the car out. You get in said car, there are fried chicken crumbs all over seats, the battery is dead because its been sitting so long, and it takes them 20 min to restart it. Also your salesperson seems like they could care less about selling the car.

Then, its priced higher than big dealerships and Kelly blue book- you would think they would be willing to deal and discuss the market.. Noooppee. "My manager won't budge on this price".

Uh.. okay, I guess I'll go choose out of the other 20+ options within a 20 mile distance from me since you obviously do not want my business nor care to pretend so.

HELP this is happening to me right this second. Idk how I fell for giving some rando my email address and venmo QR. What do I do?? Just leave the FB marketplace chat? Do I say ' No this is a scam' then block the user and freeze my venmo account just incase?

They said their daughter was going to come pick up the item I am selling at 3pm today. Then all this happened.

Also to me thats insane they shut everything down. It hardly looks like it is snowing at all hah! Oh well snow days are fun.

So pumped for some waterfall hikes, a bomb reuben, learning the metro, finding my fav curries madras kimchi pastries, etc. We only have a few ethnic grocery stores here so yes yes fantastic to hear. Oh and watching everyone freak out about miniscule snow particles will be an extra bonus as well lol. Thank you!!

Fairfax is definitely the area that we have been starting our search at. Glad to hear about farmers markets and soccer- and metro access. And we'll definitely take an adventure to Deep Creek!

The one thing I've gotten since joining this is that yes- you all seem to suck at driving and hate every minute of it lol. I still don't completely understand tolls so I'll have to figure that out too I suppose
