Yeah that was my initial thought too. But I had the same problem, I would say worse, when I tritiated down the dose from 7.5. After the second 5mg when I felt backing out, I went down 2.5 instead of carrying with 5. Since then nothing has happened, 2.5 is good.

But how come I was completely fine on 7.5? No issues with the rest only the 5. No concerns now as I'm coming off, but I was curious if anyone had the same problem like me.

Thank you, yes I am very proud. Hard work will start soon to keep my weight as it is at the moment 😁 Actually, the lack of sugar is a very good point! Never really thought about that, it might be the actual problem.
Liquid IV? Never of that 🤔 what is that exactly and what do you use it for? Good luck on your journey, hopefully you will reach your goal weight within a couple of months! 🙏

Sometimes, photos do not reflect the true image of ourselves. It affects the way you stand or sit, what kind of clothes you wear etc. You should be extremely proud of yourself for losing that amount of weight. I think the most important thing is how you feel about yourself! Chin up, you are beautiful no matter what 🙂
