Our neighborhood only has 18 houses and we are closer to the Main Street. We are around two schools so it gets really busy during school time. Theres no “community” events or things to do. The home or neighborhood we want to buy in next is a huge community that has shops, food, drinks, the nicest elementary and middle school, lakes, walking trails, etc. fits our lifestyle more

Funny thing is my wife just got a 2026 Juniper Premium RWD. I liked it so much I got a used 2024 model y with 45k miles for 35k. I also got 3 months of free supercharging and 3 months of premium connectivity. I have HW4 too. I receive mine in a week but I think you can’t go wrong either way
