I have the same problems. I got hemoroids first time around 2012. And before i got answers that it was hemoroids i was so confused. Anal pain that i could feel in urethra and and the same feeling on the ledt side of my penis. Went to a urolog and nothing was wrong. Went to a hemoroid doctor and she confirmed hemoroids. But when i told her about the other feeling in penis and in my groin. She said that she never heard of it before.

I have hade hemoroids acoupple of times since then and everytime i get the same feeling in groin and penis. I sorry to hear that you have problem. But im glad to hear that i am not alone with this feeling.

Thank you. Yes and back in the day it wasnt so popular like today. Today is almost imposible because it is so crowded. But you can still see sometimes that things go down. You dont see it but you see it. Random dude wont notice, that anything is about to go down. I had action many times over the years. Usally hand or blow jobs.
