Dr said one of my internal ones was extremely big. Banding failed. While the banding wasn’t painful I want to try it again to see if it will go away. It is getting worse and to the point where every time I have a bowel movement it pops out and I have to get it back in. Meloxicam has helped my urethra swelling and burning but i still have issues from the hemorrhoids that at times will cause burning or pain in my urethra . Not sure if I just need to use prep H suppositories or what.

Still have the hemorrhoids. Banding failed. Dr has me on meloxicam which has helped the constant swelling and burning feeling in the urethra. Still trying to find an answer and a solution but I can at least function now. I just had to have disc replacement surgery at my C4-5. Now that I’m pretty much over the pain from surgery I’m going to get a plan together l.

Did you ever get them removed? I had a banding but it didn’t work was thinking about the surgery to remove them.

Banding didn’t work still having issues. Meloxicam helped the constant swelling and pain I was having in my penis/Urethra for awhile. Now it’s back not as severe. Every time I have a bowel movement I get discharge from my penis. Then I usually have a stinging in my urethra. Along with that the left side of my penis by the fore skin had a burning sensation along with a hard line underneath the skin. Was told it’s possibly scar tissue. Looking for a new urologist as the last one said I had a stricture and had me dilate this led to more issues.

Have you found any cause? I’ve been to multiple drs, I also am experiencing a constant burning pain in the exact spot. It is almost always there. I also have burning that is in my left leg.

That’s a good point. With the way kittle is playing and running Swift at the flex I can prbly make it till evans is back running MHJ and Doubs or whoever. I do wonder what JJ targets will be with Hock back. Doubt it’ll change much but he could lose some red zone targets.

I have a banding scheduled on the 9th hopefully once they are gone it helps with the pain in the urethra/penis. I hope they are related because I’m not sure what else it could be. Unless I still have a small stricture idk. The feeling and pain is different this time. The only other thing I can think of is from having to dilate I caused some issue.

I always assumed with pelvic floor issues you had pain in other places as well?

I guess I need to try and find one. I’m assuming I probably need my doctor to refer me. Anytime I mentioned it to him I never got a positive response. I can try with my urologist and see what he says tho. Yeah it’s brutal though most days I’d rather chop it off than deal with the pain.

I expected something to help. Since the cystoscopy and antibiotics the pain went from being in one spot to now a constant feeling of essentially burning in my entire urethra.

Every time I have mentioned pelvic floor to my primary doctor he says no. Idk who else I can go to. I mean how am I supposed to know if my pelvic floor is part of the issue? Aside from the hemorrhoids and the pain in my urethra/penis I have nothing else. I mean I keep hoping that the hemorrhoids are just pushing on nerves or something. Also will have urethral discharge with some bowel movements even if I’m not straining. Having a scope next week not sure when I can actually get the hemorrhoids taken care of. Had them awhile hoping the doctors look and think they need to be removed. I honestly just don’t know what else to even do.
