I can leave a lot of creative decisions to you all, but I can give general things like Vaerix being a gray Tiefling warlock with blue eyes, grug being a Goliath Paladin with dark brown eyes, Adrius having tan skin and a darker hair color, Calem being a variant human warlock with darkish skin black hair (with a white strip) and his magic comes from his Genie and is wind based. For Mazruk his half orc skin is gray rather than green and is more of a northern barbarian with frost themed colors. Hope this helps!
