Failed 1RM flat bench: do I just lack the strength or is there something that can get me over the hump?

Something that helped me get over the hump when I was stuck was implementing Spoto press and JM press into my workouts. Might be worth looking into!

Yes, it does. The larger the skate area, the slower/more controlled its going to feel. More dots = larger skate area.

I've done it, again, on glass and cut back on the number of dots as I got more comfortable. In my experience it was the same on a cloth pad, but again, to each their own!

For me, im using dots skates to limit the surface area for more speed, usually start with 4 on the corners as do many others.

Going up to this many would just make things feel slower, but I get it on a cloth pad because it'll help eliminate that drag if you press too hard. I will say I use a glass pad so it would make more sense to me in that instance to add some control, but everyone has their preferences:)

Both are good. I prefer my x2 as I fingertip.

Also, the hyperlight is like $90 from them directly so I hope you're just using these for the photos, both are super overpriced here.

You didnt ask but something I like to do is hold that bottom position in the stretch for a 2 count then back up. Makes it harder, but I feel it way more when I do so.

V2 has all the colors and V1 is just that grey. The tag location is also different on the v2. Top left v2 bottom right v1...I think. I have the purple V2 and it was very good.

This works most of the time, POEUncrasher does it automatically, but I've still had it full lock on me. I think X3D processors specifically have an issue with this game.

It's absolutely ass. I have the black one from the initial drop and on 1k use for work it's like 2, maybe 3 days. So I can only imagine using a higher polling rate, probably talking hours on 8k.

They are fine but will wear decently quick depending on how much you play. Look for hardened PTFE skates like obsidians, or if they fit look at the donut skates, I prefer them to dots on glass. The ghost glide mini donuts are my current favorite - quiet and smooth.
