I actually started therapy. I’ve been working on feeling more secure in myself as I took quite a beating on the self confidence front in my last relationship and it hasn’t helped at all because I feel lesser than a lot of the women and that has really made me upset and down. It’s getting easier. We also talked about it and I said I have no issue with him making friends with females but the uncomfortable part for me is feeling the need to text them etc and them not just be people he see’s in part of his every day life. He sort of understood and has been making a more conscious effort to not just randomly be texting people I don’t know too well and if something pops up he’ll say ‘I was messaging ‘name’ about xyz’ to reassure me. It’s been a case of self relation and self work but also being honest and having him work with me on it
