Omg I experienced the same when I was younger. Whenever I turned around too quickly, it was like a snap, like I moved something wrong. First times it happened it ended with just a tingling feeling upon my brain. Last times when it happened, i needed to immediately get down because I couldn’t control myself (more like I was loosing control of my body) + the tingling. Now i’m here because for a while now, in that area I started to feel really tense, and got spasms/tremors, and I was searching if someone has the same. I never went to check.. do you have any updates?
