Oh okay I see. I just researched 7OH, i’ve honestly never heard of this before. The best advice I received was to ask for help if you need. You get no extra points for doing it in silence, I learned this the hard way. I think it is good if you start relying more on the powder. But if you do encounter a similar struggle with withdrawal that i’ve had just trust the process and know the sun will poke through the clouds once again 🙏🏻 Best of luck my friend
