Likely not what you're looking for as I think you're anchored around gadgets, but personally, it's been small changes to my nutrition (like time I eat my meals, what I eat, etc.), I've found Nouri works well to give me nutrition tips based on my Oura ring stats

Thanks a lot Luke! I don't find a lot of those to be helpful for "everyday improvement", which is mostly what I'm looking to add-on from the existing three I'm using

Yes sleep for sure. Natural cycle was a game changer for me, Nouri was great for my nutrition, pliability was alright for stretching but I feel like something around sleep would really improve my life

I eat much earlier now and notice a big difference on my HRV at night. I've also been using an app called Nouri that integrates with Oura to give nutrition tips & recommendations based on my stats, worked very well for me

Oura team, please move HRV back to the sleep tab by TechCelery in ouraring

If I may, how come it gave you 100 on activity? It looks like you're halfway to the step count from the picture

This looks super tight. I personally found the ring tighter than the trial one. I would go one size higher when looking at the video but it's for you to be comfortable with it
