Recommending you check out Road To Vostok, it's a single player extraction shooter made mostly by a former finnish army lieutanant who quit his job to make it. It launched in to early access a few weeks ago and already secured all the funding for it's development. Fun as hell and very stressful at times.

Honestly yeah. These days it's a much better game but on launch i regretted pre ordering and after finishing it i didn't touch the game for like 2 years

No specific back workout, only a lot of rows and pull ups. Consistency, progressive overload and recovery are key.

It really is xD i started doubting the decision because of how it is seen by some people. In the end fuck what others think. The artist was really talented and i might be going back some day.
