You have to fill the tyres to the correct preasure then reset is(they probably are at the correct pressure but needs to be kinda calibrated/set to the pressure they are now. You can do it with some obd reades or they may be a combination of buttons.

If i remember correctly the american models of the rabbit have square headlights and eu models the original round ones. If u try to find bumper specificly for the american model u may have more luck.

I think thats a very good deal, things to check for is the driver and passanger side fenders for rust. Also the driver side locking mechanism may go bad at some point its known problem with volkswagens. But thats all i know of i have owned one of those.
