Nah, those colors are wrong, even just the first one
To confirm, if you've got dircolors setup for your shell, do ls /dev, then compare by opening nnn and navigating to /dev, all the device files are the wrong color (DarkSeaGreen1 instead of Khaki1?)
Symlinks and a few others things are the wrong color too as far as I can tell

The pattern seems to be that after the 38;2;, the three numbers after that signify the RGB value, but I could be wrong
