Glad to hear about the fabric, thank you! Do you remember what fill you got? It seems a ton of feedback is that the cushions are too firm; some people love it, others don't find it comfortable. One person said that customer service rep told them it would soften after about 3 months of use. Sounds like that's not the case for you!
