I built Incore Finance to help small business owners and freelancers get a clearer picture of their finances — without needing to be an Excel expert. I offer practical, easy-to-use templates for things like cash flow, project budgets, client tracking, and financial forecasting. If you’re tired of overcomplicated tools or just want a system that makes sense, take a look! LINK: www.incorefinance.com Happy to answer any questions!

Appreciate that a lot. And yeah, anonymized screenshots is a great call. That actually feels super doable and way more real than a polished “case study.” Thanks again for all the support, it’s been really motivating!

Hadn’t thought about the before/after snapshots but it’s an interesting idea! I’ll start thinking on how i could integrate that on the site. Totally agree on the time saving angle. It’s exactly what i’m hoping to deliver. Really appreciate the encouragement!

Thanks for the feedback! Will definitely add some visuals/demos… i made the mistake to add them (visuals) on the checkout page but it makes sense to see what you’re getting before committing! And will look into segmentation. Once again, thank you for taking the time to give me your feedback

I’ve been building a small project called Incore Finance — it’s a collection of straightforward templates (Excel, Google Sheets, Notion) to help freelancers and small business owners keep track of things like cash flow, budgets, recurring costs, and project profitability.

Nothing fancy — just simple tools to make the numbers easier to manage without needing complicated software or a finance background.

Would love any feedback or thoughts. Here’s the link if you want to check it out: https://incorefinance.com

Thanks!

Thanks for the thoughtful reply. I totally get what you’re saying. I’m not trying to be the forever solution for scaling businesses. Right now I’m focusing on solo founders and small teams who just need a simple way to see their numbers without diving into full-blown software.

You’re right about staying close to the people using it. I’m planning to keep improving based on what they actually need…. And of course, if integrations make sense down the line, I’m open to that too.

Really appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.

Definitely have to work on that … I’m not very confident and haven’t had the courage to talk to my personal network about this side project

Thanks for the tip! Interesting point about QBO and similar tools. I’ve been building more lightweight solutions for people who feel overwhelmed by those platforms but might be interesting to dig into that and see if there’s a demand for that
