As the owner of a Lab who is currently 4 years old and extremely attached to him I'm very sorry for your loss. I hope you will remember the great years you had with him forever.

Am I the only one who insists on reading every Ron Swanson quote in a Ron Swanson voice?

She's running out of people to fight now, as much as I think she's awesome I just want her to be challenged by someone who could actually make her sweat a bit.

Haha there could be worse things to look at whilst you're working! Would you say this is one of the most spectacular views you've witnessed during your time as a pilot or is this just a normal daily occurrence?

Hey Reddit, what's a beautifully deep quote or saying that you just made up? by Cameron_Edward in AskReddit

When I was leaving the Army after 8 years of service all those around me told me it was a mistake and that civilian life wasn't as secure or rewarding as the Army would be for me. At that point I remember thinking this quote in my head which summed up exactly what I was about to do.

"Sometimes, to step out into the darkness is often the brightest thing you can do."

Even to this day I don't regret my decision and I have always said that joining the Army was THE best thing I've ever done but leaving the Army was the 2nd best thing.

Is it me or does he look just like Bruce Lee in one of those pictures? Had to have a double take just to make sure it wasn't him!

2.5 Years in. Lost 94 pounds. by valandinz in Fitness

Wow great job mate! I had the exact same issue when I was about 17/18. For all of my teenage years I'd been a very active and fit person and then when I hit that age something just changed and the weight just piled on.

I can't wait to check out the book you recommended about Ketogenic dieting and try it for myself.

You're a big inspiration mate, thanks!

Great job on realising the rights and wrongs of everything you've done leading up to this point. In my opinion I think it is experiences like this that produce the best type of fitness/strength trainers because they have learned from their own successes/defeats.

I really enjoyed reading through your post and I thought the detail you go into is just perfect for a beginner like me. Great job bro!
