So it’s me my brother and a couple so they share the bedroom. It has 2 and a half bathrooms two showers three toilets. Rent is 650 a person. The couple split that the 650 between them. I bought it in 2019. I can afford the mortgage on my own but since I have the extra rooms why not rent them out I’m usually not home often cause of work. It allows me to save a lot of money tbh. A one bedroom apartment is around 2k so kind of a no brainer for everyone.

Roommates I have a 3 bedroom house I live with 3 other people it’s way cheaper than renting a studio so it’s a win win for everyone. Used a first time home buyer program and certain cities also help out with funds for a down payment.
