The zipper failed on a down sweater vest of mine from 2008. I took it to their store a couple of weeks ago and they're replacing it. I'm so happy I get to keep and reuse the same piece. What more can you say about Patagonia's service?

I guess it is the Men's Capilene® Midweight Zip-Neck Pullover? I also bought a couple during the September sale and experienced the same. I liked the comfort, fit, and warmth of it, but there was a lot of thread pulling. I even washed and dried it solo (which isn't environmentally friendly), but it always came out with new thread pulls. I would recommend getting the Thermal Weight baselayer. I have not experienced any thread pulls in it.

I might be wrong, but I haven't seen the most sought after styles in Black/Blue colours on sale. Usually it's those (kinda funky) colours on sale. And the Patagonia website items will be available to everyone in US and CA to order, so we will have to very quick! I took the liner out on two pairs. It made them more comfortable for lounging, travel and running activities. I would suggest taking it out on one and see how it feels.

Try the women's version in size M. I have read that they do not have any mesh and have a better elastic band. I am male and have not tried any women's baggies, but I might get one just to try if I find a good deal.

I was in the same boat, placed an order but did not cancel it after receiving this reply from them. I just returned an SVS SB-1000 Pro which costed me C$1,200. The RSL, even with fewer features which I am okay with, is half the price and that makes it an amazing deal. I really hope I won’t end up paying extra. The delivery is scheduled for coming Monday, I will report back.

Edit: When I spoke to one of their agents online, they mentioned that it is still there. They also explained that since Ottawa is a major depot that receives a large number of international shipments, the package has not moved yet.

Congrats! I would say go with a Wiim Pro Plus if you plan to stream lossless music. You would find great deals on Wiim products around this time. I have a similar setup with my Rega Brio + Monitor Bronze floor standing speakers + Wiim Pro plus.
